Atlas Staffing may communicate with applicants, employees, job seekers, and other individuals through SMS/text messaging when they have provided their mobile phone number and consented to receive such communications.
SMS communications may include job opportunities, recruiting communications, application and onboarding updates, interview or appointment reminders, assignment opportunities and updates, availability requests, work-related communications, and other staffing or employment-related information.
Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of applying for employment, receiving staffing services, or being considered for a job opportunity.
Atlas Staffing does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be provided to Service Providers that perform services on Our behalf, including providers that facilitate or deliver SMS/text communications. Such information is provided only as necessary for those providers to perform services for Atlas Staffing and is not provided to them for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
